Connecting to Paterra® Internet Service |

| There are two types of access routes for the Paterra Internet Service. |
| 1) | Log-on Access | This is the general access route and is for
individuals and companies with small numbers of users. |
| 2) | Hot Link Access | Hot Links are provided to corporate information centers
that maintain internal web sites and provide company users with direct access to Paterra
via the internal web site. |

| Both routes can be provided under a given contract. For example, a corporate information
center that provides Hot Link Access may have individual Log-on accounts for information
center personnel through which they oversee activity under the contract. |
