| Logging on to the Paterra Internet Service requires a signed Agreement
with ISTA, Inc. To set up an account, contact sales@paterra.com. Include your
fax number in the message. |
| Hot Link access is made from a link on a contracting company's
internal, i.e., behind a firewall, web site.

| Clicking on such a link will bring up a logon page. For example: |

to gather information that the information center needs to monitor
activity and make chargebacks.. |
| All blanks must be completed for logon. Information entered
in the blanks is reproduced in the 'Client Reference' column of the
