Paterra® Instant MT Home Page A Disclaimer Our confidentiality policy is: All information communicated from Customer to ISTA, including (i) the contents of Customerfs Storage Areas and usage logs in the Paterra Web Server, (ii) any unpublished information (including, but not limited to, information concerning Customerfs business, research activities or interests) that is disclosed to ISTA or that ISTA becomes familiar with, shall not be disclosed to any third party or used by ISTA. ISTA may review the contents of Customerfs Storage Areas or usage logs from time to time for the sole purpose of improving the quality and capabilities of the Paterra Internet Service and ISTAfs machine translation software and glossaries. That said, however, we are actively developing software pertaining to machine translation. As we are a very small company, users accessing Japanese patents in related areas may inadvertently alert us to such technologies. If this is a concern, do not use Paterra.
